Using the TehGD API, you can use the service in almost any environment; Windows, Linux, Mac and Unix. You can easily code a class to use the API and use it in your programs!
Messenger Plus
To show the API in action, I created a plugin for Messenger Plus which will convert URLs to a short one when you send a message!
Adobe AIR
Howie Douglas created TehGD Desktop using Adobe AIR and the API! Built on the original API, this application does not allow you to create private URLs or attach Google Analytics.
